3….2….1….BLAST OFF!!!

Over the last several weeks, the cubs have had the opportunity to build their model rockets. Thinking, plotting, crafting, thinking some more, running around outside while their parents tended to another wing that “fell off” and required more glue. All of which led to the culmination of Rocket Day 2024.

It was a beautiful, slightly cloudy, slightly windy Saturday morning. John (Cub Master) walked everyone through the process, and showed the parents how to load up the engines into the cubs rockets. A quick few minutes and away they went!
