Welcome to the Tiger Den, where young adventurers on their scouting journey begin year 2! Our Tiger Den is designed for energetic and curious scouts who are in the first grade, eager to explore the wonders of nature and the thrill of group activities. As part of the Tiger Den, each scout—also known as a Tiger Cub—gains their first taste of responsibility, teamwork, and outdoor fun. Here, boys and girls aged 6-7 team up with a caring adult partner to ignite their curiosity and foster lasting friendships. Together, they’ll embark on exciting adventures that blend learning with play.

Each meeting focuses on fun activities that inspire growth and development. From learning about local wildlife and practicing the Scout Law, to navigating nature trails and enjoying crafts, our Tigers discover the joy of exploration while embracing valuable life skills. They’ll experience hands-on projects that promote creativity. With a healthy dose of games and challenges, the Tiger Den emphasizes building strong connections—both within mother nature and amongst fellow cubs. Group discussions and challenges promote teamwork and collaboration, while themed outings allow families to enjoy shared quality time under the stars around a campfire.

Every Tiger Cub has the chance to earn special badges and achievements as they complete engaging activities known as “Tiger Adventures.” From healthy practices and safety consciousness to simple stewardship of nature, each badge earned further fuels their curiosity and pride.
